A Kenny Chesney fan was arrested for trespassing on his property in Tennessee.

California resident Melissa Mansfield was taken into custody in the early hours of Wednesday after authorities spotted her near Chesney's swimming pool at his hilltop home outside of Nashville.

Investigators suspect Mansfield jumped over a fence to gain access to his estate. She was charged with trespassing and public intoxication.

Kenny was not at home at the time of the incident.
